The Corporate Account Manager (AM) role adds value to Microsoft by delivering a well-managed, profitable and growing business produced through relationship excellence and sales excellence practices where the customer views the AM as trusted advisor.


  • Responsible for selling SAP and Microsoft Services and licences
  • Act as the main point of contact with clients on a day to day basis
  • Introduce our firm and our services to new prospective clients
  • Establish solid business relationships with key decision makers
  • Negotiate contracts & supply arrangements
  • Understand and qualify clients’ consulting & staffing requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction



Required Skills or Experience


  • Several years of sales & account management experience within an IT consulting company
  • A solid track record of achievement
  • Experience selling ERP consulting services such as SAP, PeopleSoft, or other ERP technologies would be highly beneficial
  • An existing network of IT consulting decision makers
  • Strong sales and account management skills
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong team skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Has the “discipline” of working with people; is structured in his/her approach to leading teams through complex technology solution sales.
