Job Title 1: Director of Human Resource At Judicial Service of Ghana
Job Summary
The successful candidate would be required to:
• Play a vital role in the management of staff of the Judicial Service by providing advice and expertise on human resource issues.
• Source and select quality staff for the Service and ensure that they are properly oriented on the vision and mission of the Service.
• Implement training and development programs that can enhance staff talent and skills.
• Design, implement and monitor adherence to HR policies in the areas of Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Rewards Management, Human Resource Information Systems, Administrative policies and procedures.
• Ensure employee motivation, retention and utilisation.
• Undertake regular review of HR and administrative systems, policies and procedures to ensure conformity with best practices.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognised university.
• Computer literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint, Access.
• Excellent writing, communication and research skills.
Experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in similar managerial position from the Public Service or private sector

Job Title 2: Deputy Director of Audit Inspectorate
Job Summary
The Deputy Director of Audit (Inspectorate) shall be responsible for the following:
• Directly oversee the work of all Inspectorate staff in the country.
• Assist in the preparation of Inspectorate work plans for the regions.
• Oversee the execution of Inspectorate assignments by team leaders.
• Ensure the compilation of accurate and timely submission of reports by team leaders.
• Submit inputs for the preparation of consolidated monthly
• Inspectorate reports for management meetings.
• Submit inputs for preparation of the annual audit report.
• Assist in ensuring the speedy pre-auditing of all pvs.
• May be called upon to undertake special audit assignments as and when the need arises.
Qualification Required & Experience
• A good Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce from a recognized University
• Must be a Chartered Accountant with membership of a relevant professional body with a minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in a senior management position
• Possession of MSC/MBA (Accounting or Finance) would be an advantage
• Demonstrated knowledge in Audit/Inspectorate duties in the Public Service
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, creative and problem solving skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite

Job Title 4: Director of Judicial Reforms and Projects
Main Duties/Responsibilities
• Advise in planning and implementing projects
• Supervise sub-projects and activities at the Directorate
• Initiate and develop proposals to source funds to finance projects
• Work as part of the Reform team to develop synergies with stakeholders and donor partners
• Manage projects, resources and maintain collaborative arrangements with Development Partners and other stakeholders
• Supervise and ensure effective performance of staff including annual appraisal of staff
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Qualification Required & Experience
• A good Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related discipline with a minimum of five (5) years work experience in development or project management, donor driven projects or relevant private sector work or MBA/MSc in Project Management
• A qualification/Certificate in Development Studies or Project Management will be a definite advantage
• Knowledge in Governance and Institutional Reforms
• Excellent proposal/report/grant writing and information presentation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, creative and problem solving skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
