Reporting to the Aviation Superintendent, the Aviation Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

Coordinate personnel and visitor movements by fixed wing and helicopters
Prepare forward looking schedules of personnel crew change, check in of personnel at departure/arrival terminal and movements department
Perform logistics services involving scheduling of flights
Manage aviation fuel, operational facility, as well as plant and equipment
Administrative duties including offshore installation coordination, routing, activity reporting, freight reporting and statistical reporting

Required Skills or Experience

Minimum qualification of HND
Minimum of 5 years post qualification practical experience
Effective computer experience including systems for Aviation and POB as well as freight related movements
Pragmatic and logistics approach to periods of high operational activity – emergency response
Highly competitive and service driven
Good communication skills and sound technical knowledge
