BRANCH MANAGER
The Branch Manager shall be responsible for the ultimate success of his/her branch and he shall ensure that everything runs smoothly. The position reports to the General Manager
Role Specific Requirements:
- Bring in new customers and boost the bank’s profits
- Set targets and ensure they are met
- Be involved with business planning and formulate bank policies by regularly following the different changes in the financial regulations
- Create a friendly environment in the branch that keeps both customers and employees happy
- Motivate and train his staff to keep up with a high standard and positively deal with customer complaints
- Create and analyse management information and reports, which are then given to branch staff and head office
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum Qualification:
- 5- 10 years working experience with 3 years relevant work experience in similar role
- First Degree in real business administration, accounting or finance
- MBA a plus
- Good oral and written communication
- Strong IT background in MS suite
