Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute audit functions to check the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures
- Review, assess and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls in the Bank
- Ensure that the Bank is complaint with all statutory obligations and report timely to the Board
- Ability to work with little or no supervision is an advantage
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of First Degree in Commerce/Administration Accounting Option; Professional Certificate in Accounting/Bank – ACCA, ICA (GH), ACIB, ICSA, CIM (UK) or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution
- Excellent computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word, knowledge in T24 Computer Software system will be an advantage
- The minimum of three (3) years working experience in a similar position
