Job Description

Job Title: Branch Accountant

• Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report on activities.
• Prepares financial statements, bank reconciliation, and overdue accounts and forward these for to Branch Manager.
• Supports the branch with accounting procedures and processes
• Disbursement of credit/loans
• Handling of petty cash

Qualification

• BSc/BA in Accounting or relevant field or belonging to a professional body will be a plus
• Familiarity with MS Office and proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required.
• Plans prioritizes and delivers task on time
