Job Description

Job Title: Account Officer (ICA Level II) 

• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material
• Creating Invoices
• Managing Inventory
• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger
• Handle general account queries and Inventory
• Preparation of account reports

Qualification Required & Experience

• Possess ICA Ghana Level II or equivalent
• Minimum HND
• Have at least 2 years experience
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
• Have good communication skills
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Preferably a female
