he Director of Enterprise Business shall be responsible for responsible for the management of an aggressive multi-million dollar sales quota in a highly competitive environment. She/he will oversee the conceptualisation, strategy, planning, channel management, development and implementation of Sales function for the enterprise business unit. Role reports to the CEO.
The role has the following responsibilities;
Develop and implement business plans and sales strategy for the market and ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Foster and build good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention. Build senior level relationships in assigned accounts and expertise within the market
Provide sales leadership to the enterprise team by mentoring, motivating, encouraging, and delivering results; Responsible for building and growing the sales team; Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
Participate in the most important meetings of the teams in their regions, to transmit the goals, directions and goals set for all channels in general and those of particular and specific areas.
Participate in the development and coaching process of sales & marketing force in order to help them to reach their objectives.
Identify training and developmental needs.
Understand and appreciate market trends, competitors’ movement and industry information so as to serve customers better.
Required Skills or Experience
15 years minimum work experience with 6 years in managerial role.
Good understanding of services and products in telecommunication / ICT industry
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in sales, distribution and customer service and relationship management
Degree in business, marketing or other relevant field (or equivalent)
MBA, CIM preferred
Telecom or mobile experience- highly desirable
Start up or re-structuring experience preferred
Experience of operational sales, distribution and customer service functions
Proven track record in sales & marketing of quota achievement
Understanding of the industry sector and key customers in that sector inclusive of strategies and business challenges
Good presentation skills
Broad knowledge of industry and macroeconomic environment
