Job Description

• Supervise the process and procedure of debit card ordering and delivery
• Monitoring and maintaining adequate cash levels in all ATMs across the branch network
• Provide technical and relevant support to branches on ATMs, Mobile banking and internet banking
• Liaise with all third party service providers for effective operations of e-channels
• Provide relevant technical training to branch staff on e- channels
• Assist with the development and updating of all user manuals

Required Skills or Experience

• University degree or HND in Computer Science or a related field
• Good knowledge in computer applications ( proprietary and MS office applications)
• Solid SQL knowledge
• Strong Analytical abilities
• Service and team oriented
• At least 1 year work experience in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of mathematics and accounting
