Job Description

Job Title: Investment Advisor

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Investment Counseling:

Provide independent opinion on quality of client’s existing portfolio

Determine client’s risk appetite, investment preference and return expectations by partnering with Relationship Managers in client meetings

Provision of relevant solutions given client needs/ objectives

Provision of insightful analysis of latest market & product information

Sales:

To support sales by convincing clients to accept the proposed solution

Identify cross-selling opportunities

Improve quality & performance of Investments on offer

Produce profitable solutions for the client

Create further client opportunities through high-quality problem resolution

Understanding investment risks and compliance responsibilities and adhering to applicable laws and regulations related to investment advisory.

Qualifications and Skills
University Graduate, Professional Markets/Investments qualification.

Minimum 3 years experience in Banking/Finance.

Thorough knowledge of treasury & investment products.

Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
