Our clientele ranges from big, medium to small-scale business and organizations as well as private individuals across the country.

Job Description

The successful candidate will report directly to the Technical Manager

Key Duties and Responsibility:

1. Provided resolution to technical/ administration issues for customer subscribed services through ticketing system.
2. Assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of systems, programs, hardware and software.
3. Troubleshoot the backbone network and last mile canopy network.
4. Work on Cisco related backbone tasks and projects.
5. Configure and maintain network equipments, appliances and server clusters.
6. Install and configure Cisco and other routers, appliances and servers.
7. Maintain documentation on charges or additions made on the network, prepare training material, and develop operations procedure in consultation with Head of department.
8. Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning.
9. Troubleshoot the client service related issues remotely or onsite to his/ her best capacity.

Required Skills or Experience

Required Qualifications, Competences and Experience:

• Minimum degree in computer science or related field in IT plus CCNA/ CCNP/ CCDA/MCSE/ MCT certified
• Experience in managing multiple systems and IT disciplines like software, technical support skills, network cabling etc.
• At least 3 years hands on experience in Networking.

Specialized Technical Skills required:

1. Knowledge of Network troubleshooting
2. Knowledge of installation and configuration of Cisco routers, mail, Antivirus, Firewall and sniffing applications.
3. Ability to manage local/ wide area network.
