Job Description

Job Title: Unit Head Mining, Corporate Banking

Specification

Minimum of first degree with Second Class lower division
Credit in Mathematics and English in WASSCE/SSCE/O’level
Minimum of ten years experience in relationship marketing in a bank with experience in the Mining industry.

Requirements

Developing new businesses
Manage overall business relationships to maximise revenue and profit.
Ensure sustained profitability of the portfolio.
Research and build competition intelligence.
Must have sound knowledge in finance and credit analysis.
Must have good understanding of the Mining industry.
Defining and implementing the delivery of marketing strategies and targets.
Coaching and motivating team members to effectively execute the day-to-day tasks to meet corporate targets and delivery objectives.
