Our client is a growing microfinance institution based in Cape Coast. The institution is expanding its operations and seeks to recruit staff.
The Branch Manager will:
Provide strategic leadership to the Branch to achieve financial targets, ensure profitable operations and consistent growth that enhances sustainability
Set targets for the branch in line with corporate targets and achieve them by putting in place extensive outreach programmes, effective planning and ensuring efficient use of resources
Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the Branch including day to day operations and employee related issues
Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operational quality and efficiency of the Branch
Ensure that the required internal control measures are developed and implemented to achieve organizational objectives

Required Skills or Experience
As a Branch Manager you must have:
A minimum of 1st degree in Finance, Management Accountingor related field with at least three (3) years professional experience in a similar position in the microfinance industry
Excellent understanding of microfinance operations
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people
