Job Description :

Manage unit dimensioning with agreed resource requirements
Implement processes, methods and tools in accordance with requirements
Build competence in accordance with agreed frameworks
Deliver resources and services
Competence and resource management activities
Follow-up on ongoing assignments with respect to progress, financials (invoicing), staffing and Quality of services delivered, and if needed act on issues.
Performance follow-up (Balanced Scorecard Targets) and corrective actions.
Manage budgeting, budget follow-up and corrective actions.
Drive Knowledge Management/Sharing
Drive the establishment and ongoing development of a professional service culture driving customer satisfaction, innovation and an outcome driven focus.
Operative delivery planning based on opportunities in relevant systems
Drive Service Delivery Management Model implementation.
Manage Key Performance Indicators – Utilization, Billability, Cost Per available Hour, Absorption, Employee Satisfaction, etc
Ensure that all HR process, for his/here’s unit, are followed across the region
Maintain a good relationship with the Key Account Managers and Program Managers to understand business requirements.

Salary Per Month:

Job Qualification Requirements
Min Education Level : First Degree
Work Experience : 3 – 5 Years
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computers Sciences or a Science related degree.


At least five (5) years of experience with two (2) to three (3) years of related managerial experience (Service Delivery).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Budgetary and finance experience
Highly developed knowledge and skills in: Service Delivery, Customer Orientation, Project Management , Networking, Quality & Process Management, Cultural Awareness, Customer Care, Leadership, Managing change, People Management, Prioritization and Planning, Teamwork, Processes
Knowledge in Ericsson’s product portfolio is desirable
