The Estate Manager shall be responsible for the management of all aspects of the Estate in accordance with the strategies agreed with the HOA (Home Owners Association). The position reports to the C.E.O.
Role Specific Requirement:
•Manage and control properties of the Estate
•Responsible for the advertisement and sales of property
•Stage and market property
•Negotiate prices and payment policies with potential buyers
•Direct and oversee the business accounting of bank
•Manage security, finance and the environment comprising both landscaping and Estate maintenance
Required Skills or Experience
Minimum Qualification:
•5- 10 years working experience with 3 years relevant work experience in similar role
•First Degree in real estate or a related field
•Financial background a plus
•Good oral and written communication
•Strong IT background in MS suite
