The jobholder must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills who can build and/or expand existing relationships with entrepreneurs from the primary sector and NGOs. The job holder will also have outstanding delivery capabilities, sensitivity, and personal confidence to organise Beautiful Soul activities in a result-oriented and cost effective manner.
His/her responsibilities will include business development, program design, execution and monitoring. In greater detail:
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Recruit entrepreneurs to participate in Beautiful Soul programs
- Build relationship with key customers and partners
- Liaise with founder and program managers to ensure coordination of all sales and marketing activities
Programs Execution:
- Participate in the planning and scheduling of programs’ goals, milestones and deliverables
- Organise Beautiful Soul activities in line with impact, time, and budget
- Follow-up and support the participants’ on-going work on a daily basis
- Proactively solve operational issues as they arise
- Liaise with program managers to ensure coordination of all logistics for Beautiful Soul activities
- Liaise & negotiate with suppliers
Programs Monitoring:
- Organise bi-monthly feedback sessions with participants to assess their needs
- Propose innovative and cost-effective solutions to address these needs
- Report on programs’ impact
Program Design:
- Recruit volunteer facilitators/mentors/experts for new programs
- Participates in the design of sector-specific or country-specific programs in collaboration with Program Managers and founder

Required Skills or Experience
- Self-starter
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business Management, Finance, etc)
- Minimum of 3-5 years work experience and proven track record in a similar position
- Experience in training and/or events organising
- Very strong organizational and communication skills
- Results-oriented
- Innovative problem-solver
- Willingness and demonstrated ability to be a team player
- Excellent command of English and Twi plus any local languages
- Availability to stay in rural areas for long periods of time
- Travel using own or local transportation (related field expenses paid)
- Network in the social sector and /or primary sector would be ideal
- Keen interest in social entrepreneurship or entrepreneurship would be a plus
