Job Purpose:
Procurement of Goods & Services on Behalf of the Company.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Define Procurement needs in coordination with the Users
  • Constantly investigate the market for new suppliers and improved Procurement options
  • Ensure suppliers respect the commercial terms and the conditions (price, date, payment conditions, etc) of orders/contracts
  • Expedite Procurement orders to ensue that goods or services are provided in committed condition without affecting operations
  • Establish supply agreements and blankets orders where necessary
  • Ensure that appropriate quotations are always received for purchases

 

Required Skills or Experience

Advertisement
  • 5-8 years with University Degree in business or related field; 3-6 years with Advanced Degree
  • IT Literacy
  • Able to operate in a performance driven organization
  • Knowledge of English and/or French
  • Business awareness
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • High personal standards and goal oriented
