Job Description


Job Title: Treasury Sales Manager

  1. Meet all targets assigned for deposit and treasury products.
  2. Generate and sustain increasing revenues from customers and keep interest expense within limits prescribed by management.
  3. Ensure pleasant customer experience through effective relationship management.
  4. Provide prompt feedback on customer expectations.
  5. Participate actively in the development of new product/service development.
  6. Provide prompt support for other functions when needed.
  7. Act as liaison between the institution and customers.
  8. To understand customers business and investing needs and to anticipate their requirements through consultative selling.
  9. To proactively manage new and existing names within the assigned portfolio
  10. To identify opportunities for cross-selling and referral to other lines through developing and maintaining a close understanding of the customers’ needs.
  11. To participate in various client functions, conduct client surveys and conduct focus groups to ensure product and market intelligence feedback is solicited and used in a way which enhances the institution’s competitive position
  12. To call on a minimum of 15 calls (client visits) every week evidenced by Call Reports from each.
  13. Effectively execute other tasks assigned by Management.
