Job Description
Job Title: B2B Sales Associate
Key Duties:
Generate new business using cold-calling, networking, referrals, social media and other prospecting activities to achieve and exceed Eneza’s sales goals
Prospect leads, identify decision makers, establish relationships with key players to generate interest, develop accounts and stimulate opportunities.
Schedule appointments for sales team based on feedback from prospective clients and confirm meetings prior to meeting times.
Conduct initial research on prospective clients with the Eneza sales pipeline and provide such information to the sales team prior to attending scheduled meetings.
Draft emails that can be sent to potential clients educating them on Eneza’s product offering and what the value they offer to them.
Follow-up with leads on meetings, confirm meetings or previous emails sent to prospects.
Talk to prospective clients over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns on Eneza’s B2B products
Actively track and manage Eneza’s sales pipeline information as necessary, by updating information on clients, contact information, contact persons, type of deal and stage of the deal, in the excel sheets or pipedrive.
Various additional duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Eneza’s business development team
Utilize CRM capturing accurate and complete information, track orders and follow up as needed.
Occasionally representing us in client meetings as and when required
Providing weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline and action planning schedules.
