Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executives

Job Summary / Responsibilities

•   Prospect for potential buyers
•   Advise buyers on available properties, prices, mortgages, market conditions, legal requirements and other related matters
•   Generate list of properties that are compatible wioth the buyers financial resources
•   Develop strong professional relationships or network of professionals from whom sales referrals can be generated
•   Schedule appointment with respective clients to show or view the properties avaible
•   Generate sales of houses and review own performance, aiming to meet or exceed target

Qualification Required & Experience

•   HND or first degree in marketing or a related field, with between 2 to 6 years work experience
•   Must have strong motivation for sales and meet sales target
•   Must have strong ability to network
•   Must have strong ability to work under pressure and without supervision
•   Experience with the real estate industry will be an added advantage
