Job Description

Job Number: 22145BR

Accountabilities:
Reporting to Quality Support Manager – West Africa. You will be responsible for:

Implementing and ensure adherence to mandatory and appropriate quality systems across Ghana
Leading the functional directing of the Quality Managers on the sites and the Quality System Specialists across the Ghana
Championing Quality across Ghana operations sites
Coaching and development of Site Quality Managers
Leading the Quality leadership forums in Ghana, attend and drive discussions on Quality on a regular basis at leadership teams across the business
Liaising with External bodies on Quality

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications Required:

Degree in sciences with 5-10 years brewery experience across quality management and operations or equivalent
Excellent analytical & planning skills
Persuasive and capable of influencing others for the benefit of the business
Experience working in a developing economy and achievement oriented leader
People management & motivational skills
Good cultural awareness
Knowledge in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS)
