Job Title: Commercial Planning and Activation Manager – Beers and Lagers
Deliver Sustainable Competitive advantage for GGBL by:
Leading, managing & Developing a customer marketing –Beers and Largers team that is a key driver for value within GGBL
Effectively Managing the capacity & capability of your team to deliver GGBL share /volume & Moment of Choice (MOC) Targets
Building into the formulation of trade strategies and manage their execution
Enabling Joint Value creation with customers, ensuring trade profitability is not a barrier to GGBL growth
Winning at the MOC via Brilliant execution
Ensuring Beers and Largers commercial score card targets are achieved as per sales strategy
Owning the implementation of Beers and Largers sales strategy pan Ghana
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business or Marketing
A proven track record of building and leading high performing Sales teams and achievement of stretching goals with at least 5 years’ experience at senior management level in a blue chip leading-edge sales/commercial environment
An in depth knowledge of the sales environment and people development
A good understanding and strong capability to coach others on CM fundamentals & BTL process.
A good people manager for great business performance
Manage People for success. Ability to create focus and clarity for team, with clear communication on on-going activities to provide context. Ability to Coach, develop and support people to perform at their best.
1. Capability Building
Enforce all aspects of the Food Safety and Quality Management System are followed and maintained.
2. Category & Channel Value Creation
Leading and contributing to the Beers and Largers category Game plans (Marketing) and sales driver activation plan into the overall sates strategy
3. Brilliant Execution:
End to end JUBP process effectiveness & discipline including quarterly activity planning cycle effectiveness
CM recommendations are consistently compliant with DMC guidelines. Drives Full compliance to Diageo COBC
Spends Minimum 25% of time in the trade
