Job Description

Job Title: Guest House Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to- day management of the facility and its staff.

Has commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all service to the Gust House.

Responsible for implementing strategic decisions and directions of the Board of Director and planning ahead to maximize profits and increase shareholder’s wealth.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Degree in Tourism/Hospitality Management from recognized University or it’s equivalent.MBA in Hospitality is an advantage.
• A minimum of 4 years experience in similar position or 5 years experience in a Managerial position in a hotel/Guesthouse.
