Reports to P & L Officer
Responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:
- Overall management of the fleet, managing the process of driver allocations, accident reporting, vehicle maintenance and servicing
- Lead MSIG drivers in line with stipulated policies and procedures
- Ensure clear communications are maintained between the transport department and other team members
- Ensure all vehicle accidents are accurately reported, recorded and investigated with claim forms submitted to the insurance brokers through the Operations Manager
- Manage the processes for obtaining damage estimates and the carrying out of vehicle repairs
- Ensure the availability of well maintained vehicles and motor bikes for all operational teams such as Outreach and Social Franchise
- Responsible for maintenance of the fleet database and ensuring its accuracy
- Manage the MSIG fleet operation with respect to costs in conjunction with the finance team
Required Skills or Experience
The person must:
- At least a minimum of GCE O’ Level; SSS; NVTI Certificate with relevant mechanical knowledge
- A valid Vehicle Driving & Motor riding Licence
- Demonstrable strong people management and basic computer skills
- These are local position. Interested Non-Ghanaians must therefore have the necessary legal permits required to work in Ghana
