At SOS Hermann Gmeiner International College is looking for immediate employment, an enthusiastic teacher of French to join an experienced faculty and teach a highly motivated student body.

Job Description

Job Title: French Teacher

Responsibilities will include teaching French At the IGCSE and International Baccalaureate Diploma (Pre-University) levels, as well as help in the development of the IB Middle Years Programme

Qualification Required & Experience

The successful candidate will:
• Be a First Class graduate in French with teaching qualifications and extensive teaching experience
• Be a fluent speaker of French
• Have strong communication and writing skills
• Have a passion and motivation for teaching and learning
• Be familiar with student-centered teaching methology
• Be able to show initiative, creativity and work cooperatively with colleagues to produce and generate appropriate teaching material
• Take an active part in teamwork and the development of the Modern languages department
• Have a positive work ethic and be able to engage students in a challenging and interesting manner
Experience with teaching at an international school will be an advantage
