University Of Ghana: Meat Scientist

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the under-listed position at the Agriculture Research Centre Legon, of the Institute of Agricultural Research:

The successful candidate will be required to conduct research on meat handling, storage and processing and lead the Centre in producing excellent high quality meat and meat products for the public
He/she will provide some extension services and be required to teach Meat Science 25% of the time
Required Skills or Experience

Candidates should possess a PhD in Meat Science
