Job Description

Professionally administer all incoming calls
Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
Greet guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
Open and close visitor area (locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights)
Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Perform a variety of clerical duties
The above noted job description is not intended to describe, in detail, the multitude of tasks that may be assigned but rather to give the associate a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of his/her position. As the nature of business demands change so, too, may the essential functions of this position.

Required Skills or Experience

Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent verbal communication skills
Punctual
Able to work with minimum supervision
Should be customer service driven
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
Able to multi-task
Professional appearance
