The Focus Region Health Project, a USAID-funded project working with Ghana Health Services to strengthen MNCH, family planning, HIV/AIDS, and malaria services primarily in Central, Greater Accra, and Western regions of Ghana.This is a multi -year project to strengthen health systems and management while improving access, quality and use of health services.
1. Program Officer:
The Regional Coordinator, in conjunction with a team of technical experts, is responsible for planning, managing and evaluating all project-supported activities in the specific region.
Activities range from maintaining relationships with stakeholders, developing work plans, coordinating clinical training, provision of equipment, supply chain management, ensuring financial management, and health information systems among others.
3. Grants and Procurement Manager
The Grants and Procurement Manager works with the project’s financial management staff to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reports for more than 20 sub-grants with Ghanaian organizations and administer project procurement.
